October 3, 2014 Appreciation Event
Our appreciation dinner event in October was hosted at the Crescent Heights Community Hall in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We had a great turnout of friends, family, donors, and interested supporters. Delicious food was catered by Marathon Ethiopian Restaurant, and it was a perfect opportunity to introduce our new partners from the Selam Project. Thank you to all who were able to join us! HIV/AIDS Soccer Awareness Rally, 2003
The rally that took place in Ethiopia in 2003 was designed to spread awareness to locals and youth about HIV and AIDS. Self assembled team joined us on the field to compete athletically while participating in our informative talks. The turnout was unexpectedly high and the enthusiasm was remarkable!
